원래 이 숄은 닛씬의 다른 이슈에 수록될 계획이었다. 포섬의 다운으로 만든 실을 호주에서 보냈는데 제 날짜에 받지 못해서 샘플링을 할 수 없었다. 나중에야 미국 지사에서 디자이너에게 보내라고 한 실을 호주 생산지에서 익스프레스도 항공도 아닌 선 편으로 보내서 생긴 일이었다. 캐시미어 대체 실을 받아 작업을 했지만 결국 의도한 이슈에 수록 되지 못했다. 내 잘못이 아니기 때문에 출간 취소가 아닌 다른 이슈에 수록 되는 것으로 마무리 되었다. 포섬 실은 약 3개월 후에 받았지만 실 회사의 미국 지사로 돌려 보냈다.

Worked from corner to edge, the wide scape of stockinette stitch allows a handpaint to flow and morph. Knit-on "pennants" grace the edges of this no-frills shawl.

Notes This triangular shawl is worked from side to side in one piece, beginning at the left side corner. After the full height of the shawl is reached at the center point, the edge is finished with a knitted-on edging.
A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches.
